Έκδοση 1.1.0, ενημερώθηκε 2026-07-08. Κάθε βαθμολογία σε αυτόν τον ιστότοπο μπορεί να υπολογιστεί εκ νέου από τα δημοσιευμένα δεδομένα και τους κανόνες σε αυτήν τη σελίδα. Η μηχανή βαθμολόγησης και τα δεδομένα είναι ανοιχτά· κάθε σελίδα κλινικής παραθέτει τις πηγές της και τις ημερομηνίες ελέγχου.
Σχετικά με τα Δεδομένα
Όλα τα δεδομένα συλλέγονται ανεξάρτητα από δημόσιες πηγές και ενδέχεται να περιέχουν σφάλματα — αναφέρετε μια διόρθωση. Αυτή η αξιολόγηση δεν αποτελεί ιατρική συμβουλή και οι θέσεις στην κατάταξη δεν πωλούνται.
Τι Μετράμε — και Τι Δεν Μετράμε
Βαθμολογούμε δημοσίως επαληθεύσιμους παράγοντες: πόσο διαφανής είναι μια κλινική σχετικά με την ομάδα της, τις υπηρεσίες και τις τιμές της· πώς φαίνονται τα δημόσια σήματα κριτικών· ποια υποδομή και υπηρεσίες είναι τεκμηριωμένες· πόσο προσβάσιμη είναι η κλινική για αγγλόφωνους ασθενείς· και πόσο ορατή είναι στην αναζήτηση και σε βοηθούς AI.
Δεν μετράμε την κλινική ποιότητα. Αυτός ο δείκτης δεν αποτελεί ιατρική σύσταση και μια υψηλή βαθμολογία δεν σημαίνει ότι μια κλινική είναι «η καλύτερη» ή ότι η θεραπεία εκεί είναι κατάλληλη για εσάς. Πάντα να συμβουλεύεστε έναν εξειδικευμένο επαγγελματία για ιατρικές αποφάσεις.
Ο Τύπος
Κάθε κλινική βαθμολογείται σε έξι κατηγορίες. Εντός μιας κατηγορίας, τα κριτήρια έχουν σταθερές τιμές πόντων (πίνακες παρακάτω). Η βαθμολογία μιας κλινικής σε οποιοδήποτε προφίλ αξιολόγησης είναι:
βαθμολογία προφίλ = 100 × Σ(κατηγορία% × βαρύτητα) / Σ(βαρύτητες) + ποινή προειδοποιητικών σημαδιών περιορισμένη στο 0…100, όπου κατηγορία% = κερδισμένοι πόντοι / μέγιστο κατηγορίας
Οι βαρύτητες των κατηγοριών είναι σχετικές· οι βαθμολογίες κανονικοποιούνται σε κλίμακα 100 πόντων. Το προεπιλεγμένο προφίλ «Συνολική Διαφάνεια & Εμπιστοσύνη» χρησιμοποιεί τα ίδια τα μέγιστα κατηγοριών της μεθοδολογίας (Information Transparency 20, Price Transparency 15, Reputation & Reviews 20, Medical Infrastructure 15, Communication & Service 10, AI & Search Visibility 10) ως βαρύτητες.
Τα άγνωστα δεδομένα βαθμολογούνται με 0 πόντους. Όταν δεν μπορούμε να επαληθεύσουμε ένα γεγονός, η κλινική δεν κερδίζει πόντους για αυτό και το στοιχείο αναφέρεται στη σελίδα της κλινικής υπό «Δεδομένα που δεν μπορέσαμε να επαληθεύσουμε» — ρητά όχι ως αρνητικό εύρημα. Η απουσία αποδείξεων δεν αποφέρει ποτέ πόντους και δεν προκαλεί ποτέ από μόνη της προειδοποιητικό σημάδι.
Information Transparency — έως 20 πόντους
Whether basic facts about the clinic - its team, premises, services, and location - are publicly verifiable.

Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.

Προσαρμογή Βαθμολογίας Κριτικών
Οι ακατέργαστες βαθμολογίες αστεριών είναι παραπλανητικές σε χαμηλούς αριθμούς κριτικών, οπότε η βαθμολογία Google προσαρμόζεται με μια Μπεϊζιανή εκ των προτέρων τιμή 4 αστεριών με βαρύτητα 25 κριτικών πριν από την αντιστοίχιση σε πόντους:

Παράδειγμα: μια βαθμολογία 5,0 από 3 κριτικές προσαρμόζεται σε 4.11, ενώ μια 4,8 από 500 κριτικές προσαρμόζεται σε 4.76 — ο όγκος έχει σημασία.
Προειδοποιητικά Σημάδια (Ποινές)
Τα τεκμηριωμένα προβλήματα αφαιρούν πόντους. Κάθε σήμανση έχει σοβαρότητα που καθορίζεται από τα στοιχεία· η συνολική ποινή έχει ανώτατο όριο -20 πόντους. Οι σημάνσεις απαιτούν δημόσια στοιχεία (με παραπομπή στη σελίδα της κλινικής) — δεν εφαρμόζουμε ποτέ σήμανση με βάση απλή υποψία. Ορισμένες σημάνσεις προκύπτουν αυτόματα από επαληθευμένα αρνητικά (π.χ. «δεν δημοσιεύονται τιμές» → αδιαφανής τιμολόγηση, χαμηλή σοβαρότητα).

Προφίλ Αξιολόγησης
Όλα τα προφίλ χρησιμοποιούν τα ίδια υποκείμενα δεδομένα — διαφέρουν μόνο οι βαρύτητες κατηγοριών, ο πολλαπλασιαστής ποινής και οι κανόνες επιλεξιμότητας. Μια κλινική εξαιρείται από ένα προφίλ (εμφανίζεται ως «δεν κατατάσσεται») όταν η προϋποθέτουσα υπηρεσία απουσιάζει επαληθεύσιμα ή όταν δεν μπορέσαμε να επαληθεύσουμε τα δεδομένα από τα οποία εξαρτάται το προφίλ.

Κανόνες Ανεξαρτησίας
- Αυτή η αξιολόγηση δεν αποτελεί ιατρική σύσταση. Μετρά τη διαφάνεια και τα δημόσια σήματα, όχι την ποιότητα ή τα αποτελέσματα της θεραπείας.
- Οι θέσεις στην κατάταξη δεν πωλούνται. Καμία κλινική δεν μπορεί να πληρώσει για να αυξήσει τη βαθμολογία ή τη θέση της, άμεσα ή έμμεσα.
- Οι επί πληρωμή αξιολογήσεις δεν επηρεάζουν τις θέσεις. Προσφέρουμε στις κλινικές μια αξιολόγηση βελτίωσης· η αγορά της (ή η άρνησή της) δεν έχει καμία επίδραση στη βαθμολόγηση. Οι βαθμολογίες αλλάζουν μόνο όταν αλλάζουν τα υποκείμενα δημόσια δεδομένα.
- Η αξιολόγηση ενημερώνεται όταν αλλάζουν τα δεδομένα. Οι επανέλεγχοι, οι διορθώσεις και οι ενημερώσεις μεθοδολογίας καταγράφονται στο ιστορικό αλλαγών και στο ιστορικό αλλαγών κάθε κλινικής.
- Τα σφάλματα μπορούν να διορθωθούν από τον καθένα. Κάθε σελίδα κλινικής συνδέεται με μια φόρμα διόρθωσης· οι επαληθευμένες διορθώσεις εφαρμόζονται με μια δημόσια καταχώριση στο ιστορικό.
Σημείωση για τους ελέγχους προβολής AI: τα ερωτήματα σε εισαγωγικά όπως «καλύτερος οδοντίατρος Αθήνα» είναι οι σταθερές φράσεις αναζήτησης που δοκιμάζουμε — είναι τα λόγια των ασθενών, όχι οι ισχυρισμοί μας για οποιαδήποτε κλινική.
