Κάθε ενημέρωση δεδομένων, διόρθωση και αλλαγή μεθοδολογίας καταγράφεται εδώ και στο ιστορικό αλλαγών κάθε κλινικής. Η αξιολόγηση ενημερώνεται όποτε αλλάζουν τα υποκείμενα δημόσια δεδομένα.
